Moarwirt | Green palate - green soul

The setting of the Moarwirt in Hechenstein near Bad Tölz could not be more dreamlike with the view of the Wendelstein group.


Sebastian Miller runs the Biohotel Moarwirt here together with his wife Isabella, and his gastronomy is among the best in Germany. Awarded the Green Michelin Star in 2021, the Millers live their love of nature and tradition down to the smallest detail. The menu alone is edification and (pre-)pleasure in one. Heart and soul and love of pleasure, of the products from their own permaculture garden, the close connection to the producers of the high-quality raw materials are what distinguish the Millers. Alpine cuisine, wild herbs and modern inspirations are combined on the plate to create unique culinary creations.
